Fixes & Repairs • Broken Nails: Free repairs within 7 days of your visit. • Gel/Polish Fix: Free if chipping occurs within 5 days. • Exclusions: Repairs caused by accidents or misuse will incur an extra fee. 5. Health & Safety • We use sterilized tools for each client to ensure hygiene. • Clients with infections or open wounds will be rescheduled for a later date. 6. Children & Pets • Children: Welcome with supervision but must remain seated during services. • Pets: Service animals are allowed, but no other pets are permitted in the salon. 7.
